Your responsibilities will include: To lead and manage a team of desk-based Claims Technicians to ensure they provide the highest standards of customer service to our clients Motivating the team to do their job efficiently and ensure targets and personal goals are achieved Management of team workflow to ensure all absences and holidays are covered Management of the holiday calendar /authorisations Monthly 1 to 1 meetings with team Overseeing and monitoring the lifecycle of the desk-based teams claims Identifying training needs in the team and implementing any necessary training Account management support where required Ability to deal with complaint calls received in the team Manage a small caseload of claim Knowledge and Experience: Must hold APA qualification and be working towards Certificate in Insurance Practice (CIP) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience as a team leader or supervisor Excellent stakeholder management with an ability to manage multiple priorities Thrive in a high-pressured working environment Be driven to meet and exceed targets Travel may be required as and when so flexibility is a must.
