Personal Lines New Business Sales Executive – Wexford
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined individual to join our personal lines team as a new business sales person. The role will consist of providing advice on car, home & van insurance new business sales, customer service and administration. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overcoming objections and closing sales.
* Chasing leads provided by the marketing team.
* Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines and Compliance.
* Cross selling Insurance Products.
* Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for both quotations issued and sales closed.
* Setting up client accounts and ensuring relevant customer documentation is accurate.
* Noticing changes in customer details and updating the system accordingly.
* Reporting rate increases to team leader/manager monthly and customer feedback.
Requirements:
* CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification.
* 2+ years insurance experience preferably in a brokerage.
* A clear focus on sales and a desire to build a career in this area.
* Commitment to providing a high level of service to customers and potential customers.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
