AtkinsRéalis is a leading provider of engineering professional consulting and support services with offices across Ireland.
We are seeking to recruit several Site Supervision Staff for various positions nationwide. Candidates will be seconded into client offices/sites to work on capital projects in the water and wastewater sectors.
We require Resident Engineers (M&E) with 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Supervision activities.
Desirable Skills/Areas of Expertise:
* Experience in administering Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC.
* Knowledge and Awareness of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
* Chartered Engineer.
* Managing Safely in Construction Training.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Responsibilities:
* Specialising in Mechanical & Electrical elements of the works.
* Driving delivery of projects on site, focusing on health & safety, time management, cost control, and quality standards.
* Ensuring works adhere to contract documents and specifications.
* Monitoring and reporting on works to Employer's Requirements.
* Informing employers, project managers, and Uisce Éireann of site issues.
* Implementing Uisce Éireann safety policies and standards.
* Reviewing HSQE documentation and monitoring compliance.
* Carrying out weekly health & safety site reviews.
* Reporting accidents and incidents, and assisting with investigations.
* Participating in Uisce Éireann HSQE team inspections.
