Our Healthcare, Public Sector client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter to join their team for a 2 month contract.
They offer hybrid working with three days onsite and two days working from home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for the various business demands.
Potential vacancies include: Medical, Nursing, Health & Social Care, Management, Admin and Corporate.
Role Requirements:Manage the full recruitment lifecycleDesign job descriptions and lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.Utilise recruitment tools and provide innovative sourcing strategies.Attend career fairs and refine their Recruitment & Selection processes.Standardise candidate communication to improve the applicant experience.Track recruitment metrics and prepare reportsExperience Required:3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management, or related business area2+ years' experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition (In-House or Agency)Public service or Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking SystemsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth – ****** or +353(0)16146027
