Position: Marketing Manager - Ashbourne An established and growing Irish-owned business is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team in Ashbourne.

Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will help increase brand engagement and oversee the creation of impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies that support business growth.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and customer insights that inform strategic direction.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all channels, maintaining strong brand positioning.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the marketing and eCommerce team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness, using insights to enhance future marketing activities.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams-buyers, product development, customer service, and retail-to align marketing efforts across departments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
5+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably within a retail environment.
Proven record of successful marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, SEO, analytics).
Creative mindset with an understanding of brand and design principles.
