We at Gino's Gelato are currently recruiting for the role of Manager of one of our flagship stores in Dundrum Town Centre. Gino's is a successful country-wide chain of Gelato Shops which is experiencing strong growth, and we are currently searching for a customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team.
Our Dundrum store is famous amongst locals and visitors alike. We currently have our main store on the ground floor and our second store just upstairs. We are looking for an experienced food retail manager to oversee both stores with the support of an Assistant Manager.
The successful candidate will need to have previous retail management experience, enjoy customer interaction, deliver excellent customer service, and enjoy leading a team. Ideally, the candidate will live locally. There is a competitive remuneration package plus a bonus based on performance, up to an additional €12k per annum based on on-target earnings, on offer for the right candidate.
You will also need to be fully flexible with the hours you can work, which will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, both during the week and weekends.

Duties:
* Responsible for overall performance and running of the stores.
* Delivering on all agreed KPIs for the store: stock, wage costs, rostering, secret shopper, training customer service.
* Ensuring a culture of excellent customer service is maintained.
* Planning and prioritizing workloads and delegating accordingly.
* Recruitment, scheduling, and managing performance of the team.
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement amongst the team.
* Ensuring high store standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and compliance with health & safety.
* Effective merchandising and display of product offering.

* Attractive base salary €33,500 - €36,200 per annum depending on experience.
