The FC will also be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management across the organisation.A key element of the role will be to support the CEO in executing an ambitious growth strategy, including expansion into new markets, securing investment, and driving operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising financial performance, leading financial operations, and supporting strategic decision-making.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and at least three to five years of experience in a leadership role. Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic organisation, particularly within healthcare, technology, or a related sector, would be highly advantageous.A candidate trained within a Big 4 accountancy firm would be strongly preferred alongside someone who can bring a high level of technical expertise, financial acumen, and strategic insight.Key competencies for this role include leadership, strategic vision, attention to detail, collaboration, and organisational ability.
