Job Description
Cpl Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract with our organization based in Dublin City.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment process
* Complete transactional HR tasks and data updates
* Run and distribute monthly reports to the business
* Maintain Organisational Charts
* Manage employee inquiries and respond promptly
* Distribute required reporting/records to regions
* Prepare weekly reports
* Conduct monthly data integrity checks
* Post internal announcements and create SharePoint News content for Europe
* Liaise with employees/managers on form completion
* Support onboarding activities for new employees
* Configure new hires, movers, and leavers on the system for approval
* Liaise with new hires to set up equipment and follow up on returned documentation
Requirements
* A third-level graduate with a CIPD recognized qualification or part-qualified in HR and working towards a CIPD qualification
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in an HR department
* Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint, with the ability to learn new systems
