IC Test Development EngineerQualifications:
1. BSEE or BSET or higher degree with 10+ years related test engineering experience in analog & digital test development
2. Basic knowledge of Signal and Power integrity principles
3. Experience on multiple tester platforms, particularly on Teradyne platforms
4. Statistical data analysis with tools such as Excel or JMP or equivalent
5. Programming in high level languages such as C, C++ and/or Visual Basic
6. Able to manage priorities of multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
7. Able to utilize engineering test hardware (for example, oscilloscopes) to debug part related issues
8. Working knowledge of ATPG, scan chain insertion and DFT developmentExcellent communication skills
