Your New Role
As a key local HR Support for their production site in Donegal, Ireland, this role is crucial in supporting operational managers and ensuring the people's strategy aligns with business goals.
You will play a key role within the HR team and support large-scale manufacturing operations across Ireland, supporting managers as needed, and ensuring business demands are met.
Key Responsibilities
* You will utilise HR and business systems to build and report on employee KPIs, enabling fact-based decisions that drive business success.
* In your role as HR generalist, you will work closely with managers and the broader HR team to provide guidance and support, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
* You will assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
* In your role, you will help identify and evaluate development needs and support managers in creating departmental development plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with recruitment providers and hiring managers to recruit top talent.
* Resolve HR issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Handle general HR administration and maintain personnel records.
* You will also provide accurate data for the payroll function for monthly payroll administration.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.
A HR or relevant degree is advantageous.
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC would be beneficial.
Strong IT skills, including HR databases and MS Office applications with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
