This role will involve data entry tasks using their in-house accounts package.
The successful candidate will undergo hands-on training for 1-2 days per week initially.
Office Location: Ballybane, Galway
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary
Training and Coverage Schedule: Training: 1–2 days per week until fully trained.Summer Period: 1 day per week.Potential for Contract Extension: Following the initial temporary period, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract on a part-time basis.Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Enter credits onto customer accounts using the in-house accounts system.Debtors Ledger Management: Manage debtors ledgers, including sending out statements to customers via the system.Payroll Admin: Assist with payroll administration tasks.Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in data entry and accounts systems preferred.Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency with accounting software, basic understanding of payroll processes (optional).If you are interested in finding out more, please contact our Sligo office on 071 91 69097.
