About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, providing leadership and support to the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in menu planning and preparation.
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Collaborate with chefs to prepare and execute meals.
* Ensure effective inventory management and control.
Requirements
1. At least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands.
