We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks. Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly manner. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including workstations and customer areas. Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring all food and beverages meet quality standards. Assist in food preparation, such as pastries and light snacks. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred but not required (training provided). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including midweek and weekend shifts. A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
