Job Overview
This role involves managing and delivering audit assignments across all IT areas in line with Internal Audit standards and requirements.
You will spend your time conducting IT internal audits, reporting on areas of risk or weakness, preparing conclusions and recommendations for appropriate actions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assessment of IT governance, risks and controls
* Updating the IT audit universe
* Manage, perform and participate in IT audit assignments including:
o Planning
o Testing of controls in place to address key IT risks
o Identification of risks/audit issues
o Report preparation
o Management and communication of relevant matters identified in the audit process to management and IA management
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree and professional IT audit certification: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information System Security Manager (CISM)
* Insurance or Financial Services experience
* Highly developed knowledge and proficiency in IT risk management principles and processes
* Significant Internal Audit experience in planning, coordinating and delivering internal audit plans
* Minimum of two years relevant IT Assurance / IT Audit/ IT Risk & Controlsexperience
* Experience and skills in the use of data analysis for audit purposes (CAATs)

* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Fluency in English is a key requirement
* Strong professional judgment, decision making and influencing skills
* Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards and effective time management
Additional Information
The successful candidate will interact with senior management teams and have the opportunity to participate in ad-hoc assignments.
