Job Description
The primary function of the Personal Insurance Advisor is to deliver exceptional customer service, driving increased sales and business retention based on site in the branch.
* Provide a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring a great experience.
* Deliver on agreed targets for new business and retention through the use of selling and retention skills.
* Execute policy amendments efficiently, ensuring all aspects of our service provision meet customer expectations.
* Optimise opportunities for cross-selling, generating referrals while engaging with customers to maximise business growth opportunities within other channels/business units.
* Handle a required volume of calls efficiently, achieving our call answering objectives for both the customer and organisation.
* Work closely with team colleagues to collectively achieve overall targets set.
* Ensure compliance with all systems and procedures.
* Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge and information of the Company's Personal Lines and Commercial product range and compliance requirements.
* Complete relevant industry qualifications as appropriate.
Qualifications
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent, and/or a relevant third-level qualification.
* Customer-focused.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Previous sales or customer service experience.
* Proactive, energetic approach, and positive outlook.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
