The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Designing business plans aligned with our company's strategy and objectives.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of business plans.
* Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance.
* Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
* Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upselling and cross-selling potential within existing customers.
* Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
* Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
* Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research on target clients.
* Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
* Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
* Nurturing strong relationships with our existing client portfolio.
* Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
* Delivering effective sales skills training to our sales teams.
* Coaching sales teams and helping them apply training content to real-life situations.
Ideal Profile
You should have:
* At least 5 years of experience in a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Business Manager / Chief of Staff role, preferably in the Asset Management, Consulting and Other Services industry.
* Prior experience in Marketing, Sales, and Technology.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data.
* Ability to multitask effectively and work in fast-paced environments.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
