Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack C# Developer to join our team in Dublin and to develop our next-generation enterprise Intrusion application. You’ll join a talented and collaborative team of developers in designing and delivering a cutting-edge enterprise application. This high-volume system leverages an event-driven architecture to enable seamless communication with hundreds of thousands of devices, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability in a global context.
What You’ll Do:
1. Contribute to the design of the system, collaborating with the development team and external stakeholders.
2. Contribute to agile sprint planning and delivery.
3. Take ownership of the development of microservices, front-end components, APIs, data manipulation and communication interfaces.
4. Deliver clean, maintainable, well-designed and tested code.
5. Participate in code reviews, and contribute to constant code improvement, ensuring that applications follow best practices.
6. Analyse and debug complex technical issues.
7. Stay up to date with emerging trends, and share your knowledge and experience across the team, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
1. 6+ years of experience with ASP.NET Core and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Flutter preferred).
2. Experience with REST APIs, inter-process communication, and databases (SQL Server, MongoDB).
3. Strong understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and modern enterprise application design.
4. Experience building cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Docker, DevOps pipelines, Linux, and bash scripting.
5. Familiarity with pub-sub architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
6. Experience with Unit Testing, TDD, and proficiency with Git, GitHub, and DevOps automation.
7. Strong analytical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
8. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to learn new skills and build great software.
