HR Manager Our client has an opportunity for a full time Human Resource Manager.
This role will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function, with a particular focus on the employee brand & culture strategy, learning & development, employee engagement, employee retention and compliance.
You will be a strategic manager, a critical thinker, and a problem solver, with a tactful, empathetic, and collaborative approach.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential: Minimum of 5 years experience in the HR industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Duties include but are not exclusive to: Providing direction for the human resource function, and oversight on the development and delivery of the companys people strategy Managing the HR Team in the provision of effective and professional HR support and advice.
To review and enact the day-to-day implementation of relevant HR policies and strategic initiatives to ensure the recruitment, retention, and promotion of highly skilled and motivated people.
To be able to work collaboratively with a diverse and committed group of department managers and their teams.
To offer 'hands on' support to our managers and our team, when and where required.
Encouraging an organisational culture that supports effective behaviours and ways of working that demonstrate clear commitment to company values, mission, and vision.
To lead, contribute, and support the senior management on the organisational employee brand, culture, learning strategy development, and employee retention strategy.
