Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor to work on high-quality employment law matters, advising both employers and employees across a range of industries.

The Role:
Advising clients on a full range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes.
Handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Representing clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.
Keeping up to date with developments in employment law and advising clients accordingly.
Assisting senior lawyers with large-scale employment cases and projects.
The Person:
1-2 years’ PQE with a strong background in employment law.
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong research and drafting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
