About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a detail-oriented professional to support a team of field-based engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be proficient in MS Office applications. While training will be provided, prior experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the maintenance contract database.
Issue annual maintenance contract renewals.
Schedule field engineers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Engage with customers and utilize online portals to upload or forward reports and H&S documentation.
Update and issue RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) for site visits as required.
Compile and process field engineer reports, preparing them for client submission.
Prepare invoicing logs for completed jobs for the Accounts Department.
Log and assign both planned and unplanned service calls.
Issue repair quotations as needed.
Order necessary parts for repairs when required.
Assist with answering and forwarding calls when the reception is engaged or unoccupied.
