Business Development Manager for House Repair Claims

The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our house repair claims services. This role requires a strategic individual to develop relationships with clients, insurance providers, contractors, and other stakeholders within the industry.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the house repair claims sector and develop strategies to expand the client base.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES, HOMEOWNERS, CONTRACTORS, AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES.
* IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY NETWORKING WITH INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS AND PREPARING PROPOSALS FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS.
* DEVELOP A SALES PIPELINE, MANAGE CLIENT ACCOUNTS, AND CLOSE DEALS TO MEET SALES TARGETS.
* WORK CLOSELY WITH OPERATIONS AND REPAIR TEAMS TO ENSURE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF SERVICES.
* COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE SMOOTH SERVICE DELIVERY AND IMPROVE SERVICE OFFERINGS.
* TRACK SALES PERFORMANCE AND PREPARE REGULAR REPORTS ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
Key Performance Indicators
* ACHIEVE MONTHLY SALES TARGETS BY IDENTIFYING AND DEVELOPING NEW CUSTOMERS.
* ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND MAXIMIZE SHARE OF WALLET WITHIN EXISTING CUSTOMERS.
* MONITOR MARKET TRENDS AND PROVIDE REGULAR COMPETITOR FEEDBACK.
* GENERATE NEW BUSINESS BY MEETING POTENTIAL CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND NEEDS AND PROVIDE RELEVANT SOLUTIONS.
* MANAGE THE SALES PROCESS TO CLOSE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* MINIMUM OF 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES, OR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, IDEALLY WITHIN THE INSURANCE, CONSTRUCTION, OR HOUSE REPAIR INDUSTRY.
* FAMILIARITY WITH THE HOME REPAIR CLAIMS PROCESS AND INSURANCE INDUSTRY STANDARDS IS A PLUS.
* STRONG NEGOTIATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
* PROFICIENCY IN CRM SOFTWARE AND MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE.
Preferred Skills
* EXPERIENCE IN INSURANCE CLAIMS MANAGEMENT OR HOUSE REPAIR SERVICES.
* ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
