Job Description:
The Technology Industry Go to Market (GTM) Lead EMEA operates with ServiceNow’s customer-centric industry transformation sales teams and core functions (marketing, product, customer success & implementation partners) to identify and localize ServiceNow Technology Industry solutions to the market and specific customers/buying centers. This role aligns closely with account teams in strategic clients to seed and develop strategic opportunities based on industry solutions.
This role serves as the main regional point of contact for strategic accounts, connecting with senior and C-suite stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a grounded point of view, be visionary, and serve as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Responsibilities include:
1. Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Operate as the industry expert, introducing and educating executives to ServiceNow through leadership and participation in industry events, executive business reviews, etc., leading to new pipeline creation.
2. Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Partner with account executives to progress pipeline by infusing industry expertise into account strategy, forming relationships with key buying center executives, and highlighting business value and competitive differentiators.
3. Partner Development & Execution: Lead priorities with select partners to support industry leadership positioning, enablement, and customer development.
4. Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business: Analyze regional business to understand trends, opportunities, needs, and use data to influence behaviors to drive results.
This leader is expected to devise a multi-year strategy to penetrate the local market, thriving in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
* Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
* 15+ years in the Technology Industry with proven success in strategy, operations, and day-to-day functions.
* 5+ years of Enterprise Platform Software selling into Tech Industry organizations.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations.
* Experience producing thought leadership content for an international audience.
* Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently.
* Agile business mind, adept in a matrix organization structure.
* Advanced skills in MS Powerpoint and Excel.
* Business application software product marketing, sales, or delivery experience preferred.
* Ability to achieve revenue growth targets.
* Understanding of key repeatable industry use cases in Banking.
* Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
* Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
