Associate, Fund/Client Accounting

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Fund Accounting / Hedge team. This role is located in Dublin HYBRID (three days in office per week).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
1. Provide accounting services for assigned clients and funds, including net asset value (NAV) calculation, reconciliations, expense allocations, reporting, and NAV review functions.
2. Review and approval of work performed by junior staff members.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including IFRS.
4. Respond to client requests and queries in a timely manner.
5. Implement efficient processes and drive improvements in the operating model.
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team.
7. Build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fund accounting for mutual funds, hedge funds, or private equity funds.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Experience with fund accounting for mutual funds, hedge funds, or private equity funds is a plus.
5. Proficiency in accounting software, Geneva, or similar and good command of MS Excel.
6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
