St. Aidan's Services is looking for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive our mission forward - empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and older persons to live meaningful lives of their choosing, as valued members of their communities.
As CEO, you will lead our dedicated team, champion our values, and shape the strategic direction of the organisation.
Your dynamic leadership will ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and service innovation while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and the wider community.
What You'll Do Strategic Leadership Set and drive a clear strategic vision, ensuring a person-centred approach to service delivery.
Oversee the implementation of our strategic plan and report progress to the Board.
Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, families, policymakers, and the community.
Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management processes.
Represent St. Aidan's Services at national and regional levels.
Service & Organisational Development Lead service planning and development in line with best practices and evolving sector trends.
Build a high-performing, values-driven workforce.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence.
Operational & Financial Management Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and quality assurance standards (HIQA, HSE, etc.).
Advocate for individuals' rights and well-being while ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
Manage budgets and resources efficiently to deliver sustainable services.
Proactively oversee risk management, safeguarding, and organisational reputation.
What You Bring Experience & Qualifications 5+ years senior management experience in a social care-related sector, overseeing services, staff, and significant budgets.
A relevant Degree (or equivalent) in Health or Social Care.
5+ years in strategic leadership, service development, and compliance within the disability or social care sector.
5+ years experience in regulatory compliance, policy implementation, and quality improvements.
Strong ability to empower individuals, promoting independence and person-centred decision-making.
Experience as a Person-In-Charge at a community level.
