We are seeking an experienced Assistant Housing Officer to join our operations in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This is a full-time, office-based, six-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive housing management services to ensure tenants receive a high-quality service.
* Recover rent arrears effectively and meet set targets.
* Address tenancy agreement breaches promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
Housing Management Services
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of housing management services, including:
* Managing tenancies, including rent recovery and addressing tenancy breaches.
* Maintaining accurate records and monitoring performance.
* Coordinating with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth planning and delivery of new developments.
Requirements:
* A minimum of four years' experience in client services, high-level customer support, or a dynamic administrative role involving complex responsibilities.
* Excellent administration skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
