Responsibilities Lead Design and specification of Electrical Engineering Solutions for Buildings to current regulations and design standards.
Working directly with clients and project engineers to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
Lead Pre-Construction activities including, design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, sub-contracts, etc.
Provide technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams.
Provide off site technical support to construction teams.
Requirements Third Level Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
5+ years relevant experience, preferably in design consultancy.
Strong technical skills in Electrical Engineering Services & Design.
Knowledge of Design Guides, Building Regulations, EN & IEC Standards.
Proficient in Dialux & Amtech.
Experience with client, vendor, and contractor coordination.
Proactive team player with excellent attention to detail.
