Executive Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO and Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
* Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing itineraries
* Handle emails, draft responses on behalf of the CEO & Operations Director, and manage correspondence effectively
* Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences
* Prepare agendas, arrange logistics, and ensure necessary materials are available
* Manage and organize information, documents, and files
* Serve as a liaison between the business and external stakeholders
* Draft, edit, and format documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
Requirements:
* Prior experience assisting C-Level with excellent administration skills
* Ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks
* Prioritizing work, using time management and organizational skills
* Be able to work under pressure
* Multitask with a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
* Proactively look for and take on tasks and provide regular feedback on status
* Ability to interact and develop relationships at all levels
* Reliable and flexible approach to work
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Experience with organizing Outlook calendar/email inbox management specifically on behalf of others
* Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point with a high degree of accuracy
* Clean driving license with access to own vehicle

This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment with a small team, requiring a high level of professionalism and discretion.
