We are looking for someone with experience and a passion for food to work in our very own scratch bakery.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years baking experience and a knowledge of HACCP.
Pastry lamination experience is a bonus, but full training will be given.
The ideal candidate will be part of a small team that produces a range of up to 60 different breads, cakes, and pastries daily from scratch for our Cafe and our sister gastro pub the White Horse. Responsibilities include:
1. Quality control
2. Monitoring stock levels
3. Sourcing the best local ingredients for our changing seasonal menu
