The company employs over 80 team members and due to continued investment and expansion are now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Call Centre Office Administrator to support our Organisation.
Reports to:
* The Call Centre Office Administrator will report to the Business Service Lead and Business Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
Answering all telephone calls in prompt, clear & friendly manner.
Transferring calls efficiently.
Responding to customer queries.
Ensuring customers details are captured accurately when booking services.
Carry out precise data entry and other administrative duties.
Shared office Tasks below:
Processing online orders.
Greeting customers at the front desk.
End of month Matching and posting invoices & statements Ensuring all your allocated/department dockets are up to date.
Answering phone calls.
Setting up new accounts for different departments when required as per phone call received.
Assisting with the training of new employees when required.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in Customer service position.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
