HR Business Partner

Our client, a well-known Irish sector organisation, is currently seeking a HR Business Partner for a long term contract with a view to permanency. This is a really exciting time to join the business as they are going through a huge transformation and growth and the role will provide great exposure and opportunities. This role will be based in Cork two days a week and remotely three days a week.
What you'll do:
1. Partner with the business to develop and implement impactful HR strategies.
2. Be the go-to person for line managers on all things HR, from recruitment to performance management.
3. Collaborate with the wider HR team on initiatives like learning & development and employee relations.
4. Drive high performance through data analysis and strategic implementation.
5. Champion change management and help the team embrace new ways of working.
6. Build strong relationships across the organisation and become a trusted advisor.
You'll be a good fit if you have:
1. 3-5 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of employment law.
2. A knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
4. A proactive and results-oriented approach with a drive for excellence.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment (retail experience a plus!).
Remuneration Package
€55,000 - €60,000
