Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter, for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation, with a focus on Sales recruitment. Hybrid working is on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities Required
1. Conducting deep sourcing assessments with candidates from a variety of sources, to deliver the best quality talent.
2. Establish relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
3. Submit and share fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruitment colleagues for next stages in the process.
4. Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes.
5. Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies.
6. Develop strong stakeholder relationships.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process.
Experience Required
1. 3+ years of Recruitment or Sourcing experience.
2. Bachelor's Degree.
3. Excellent Sourcing skills. Ability to use a variety of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
4. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
5. Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates.
6. Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar.
7. Experience with ATS.
