Looking for a junior receptionist for a 6 month contract with the possibility of being extended. Customer service experience is required and candidates must be available to start immediately.
Duties:
1. Managing a busy switchboard
2. Answering queries via telephone and email
3. General front of office duties
4. Meet and greet clients with a positive and helpful attitude.
5. Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
6. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
7. Directing visitors to the correct office/meeting room.
Skills:
● 1 year in a customer facing role
