This is a unique opportunity for an energetic and self-starter individual to gain professional experience in a remote work setting. The role of Inbound Customer Care Agent requires excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner via phone and email.
* Provide solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Process payments and manage invoice and statement queries.
* Maximize sales opportunities by identifying and seizing upsell opportunities.
* Translate and proofread orders received.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Work towards achieving team service level targets.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German language.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
