Our global technology client, based in Dublin city center, is seeking an HR Consultant with expertise in Leave of Absence (LOA) management for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will handle LOA inquiries across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advice, guidance, and clarification on Leave of Absence policies and procedures to employees.
* Analyze LOA data to identify trends and propose solutions.
* Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., Benefits, Payroll, Legal) as needed.
* Contribute to special projects requiring Leave of Absence expertise.
* Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Required Experience:
* At least 3 years of HR experience, including leave management or employee benefits.
* A Bachelor's degree.
* Previous experience in a centralized HR function or shared services environment is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with HRIS (Workday is preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
