Our client has been at the forefront of changing the internet and online technologies as we know them.
They are looking for a Trust & Safety Operations Manager with 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations management, and/or global program management.
Trust & Safety (T&S) is a team of abuse fighting and user trust experts working daily to make the internet a safer place. The team works to reduce risk and fight abuse across all their products, protecting users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.

Responsibilities:
4. Update or create repeatable content (e.g., best practices, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and document solutions. Contribute to business efficiency plans and propose options to address inefficiencies.
5. Generate partner insights, participate in business reviews, and help formulate and execute partner strategies to adopt our client’s technologies with minimal guidance
6. Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and documentation. Propose next steps and roadblock solutions.
7. Execute solutions based on defined user/partner/client objectives and technical requirements, with occasional peer support.
8. Identify trends in solution issues and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate future risks. Develop initiatives to improve solution delivery and drive innovation with some guidance.
9. Customize or develop solutions based on business objectives, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Define solution constraints and scope, and articulate solution value through design sessions. Support architecture design and feature requests.
10. Define long-term solution strategies with cross-functional teams and influence product features and solution direction.
11. Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot or develop optimal solutions. Coach teams on new solutions, systems, and industry landscape. Address escalations.
12. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver quality solutions and services. Advise on best practices and seek new opportunities through consultation.
13. Assess and identify gaps in products based on user feedback or metrics analysis. Communicate product gaps and issues to internal teams and contribute to developing new features or solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
14. 3+ years of experience in operations management, and/or program/project management
15. Trust & Safety exposure/experience
16. Experience using data to provide solutions and recommendations
