About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Team Sales Lead to join our team in Dublin. With over 20 years of expertise in telecommunications, we provide innovative solutions to network operators and stakeholders, driving the optimization and planning of mobile resources.
Daily Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Lease Consultants.
* Drive team success through coaching, training, and performance management.
* Optimize productivity, quality, and workflow, meeting organizational goals.
* Set clear targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide strategic forecasts.
* Collaborate with HR and management on performance and personnel matters.
* Identify and resolve project issues with data-driven solutions.
* Manage resources and timelines to deliver successful projects on time and within scope.
* Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring project objectives and expectations are met.
* Coordinate with Lease Consultants to submit cases and address client needs.
* Create and present performance reports to stakeholders for Reporting & Analytics.
* Utilize data to identify improvements and optimize project delivery.
* Update HRM platform and maintain internal documentation on SharePoint.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and writing skills in German, as well as fluency in English.
* Minimum 1 year of leading a team and 2 years of work experience in Sales.
* Demonstrable experience in negotiating or persuading others to take action, with a solution-driven mentality.
* Demonstrated ability to execute an effective sales process and lead a team.
* The ability to prioritize, self-motivate with initiative to work steadily without direct supervision.
* Effective time management skills.
* Attention to detail, analytical skills, patience, coaching and leadership.
* Must be comfortable placing outbound calls.
* Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry is helpful but not required.
* Strong communication skills.
* Extreme ownership.
* Facilitator of proactive team spirit, drive for continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and above all, Excel.
