The g Hotel & Spa is known for offering an extraordinary experience with unparalleled luxury, style, and relaxation. Our guests expect the very best, and we need a Guest Service Staff - Nights Member who shares our commitment to providing exceptional service to ensure our guests have a memorable stay.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Handle guest incidents, complaints, and coordinate service recovery in collaboration with the Manager.
2. Set up, maintain, and clean Conference & Banqueting areas to the highest standard.
3. Communicate and resolve maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
4. Follow internal procedures and controls in accordance with the company’s audit requirements.
5. Be fully knowledgeable of emergency procedures and fire safety protocols.
6. Work in partnership with the Night Manager to achieve all department objectives.
7. Close daily business operations and secure the property for the night.
8. Prepare the hotel for a new day, ensuring attention to cleanliness and presentation.
9. Assist all departments while on shift; knowledge of bar & restaurant operations would be beneficial.

What We're Looking For:
1. Previous Experience: Experience in a similar guest service role with a strong awareness of hospitality standards.
2. Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering top-tier service to all guests.
3. Attention to Detail: High standards in organization, planning, and ensuring every task is executed perfectly.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
5. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience with Micros/Opera would be beneficial.
