Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Reporting Assistant Manager to join our team in Dublin. As part of a team of 5, you will work on a hybrid schedule, with two days per week spent working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately prepare capital adequacy internal management information and regulatory returns.
* Ensure all returns conform to the requirements of the Central Bank of Ireland, Board of Directors, and Senior Management.
* Implement and maintain adequate processes, systems, and reconciliations to ensure regulatory returns are completed accurately and on time.
* Provide detailed analysis of all returns for submission to reviewers and the Central Bank of Ireland.
* Support the Regulatory Change Manager by contributing to automation activities.
* Maintain and build a thorough knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and developments.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
* University degree and qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent financial management qualification.
* Significant experience in capital reporting.
* Knowledge of operational and regulatory requirements within the Financial Services Industry.
* Technical and business understanding of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), Credit Risk Directive (CRD), and local regulatory guidance related to capital aspects of regulatory reporting.
* Strong skills in capital reporting, investment banking, and accounting.
