Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in a business technology sales or customer success role.
* Experience selling to, and supporting, startups or digital native companies.
* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience leading Customer Success, Support, or Sales teams.
* Experience in the startup landscape.
* Knowledge of Cloud technology, and ability to articulate the Google Cloud value proposition.
* Ability to work in ambiguous environments and willingness to test and iterate different engagement and business methods.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.

Responsibilities
* Manage a team of Startup Success Managers, supporting their customer engagements and ensuring success with early and mid-stage startups.
* Define and build programs that can be executed effectively and efficiently, delivering excellent customer engagement and Google Cloud adoption.
* Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed engagements, partnering with technical sellers, product teams, and the extended sales team.
* Communicate and engage with Founders, Chief Experience Officers, and Boards of Directors of startups.
* Articulate and refine the Google Cloud message to startups.
