At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Real Estate Project Manager to join us at our Dublin office.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
* Have at least 8 years' experience of client-side project management or similar roles and have an interest in Commercial Real Estate.
Capabilities
* Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering initiatives and internal projects on time and within budget, along with a deep understanding of how projects are delivered.
* Ability to monitor the development and implementation of design guidelines to improve process management and expedite design timeframes during projects.
* Expertise in process optimization and creating clear, efficient road maps.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the team.
Competencies
* Project management: Proficiency in managing complex projects with tight deadlines and budgets.
* Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans to achieve project and team goals.
* Process improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
* Collaboration: Skilled at fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Change management: Ability to drive and manage change within the team and organization.
* Flexible, open to working hours that can change based on Global Needs.
* Sector experience/workload - Commercial real estate.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
* Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related.
* In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions: SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI.
* APM affiliation is a benefit.
