This exciting field-based role involves working on the road, delivering technical support and solutions to clients across Ireland during standard working hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and desk-side support to end users, troubleshooting PC and software issues. Build, configure, and deploy computers and devices following company standards. Perform diagnostics and support for hardware, handheld devices (iOS & Android), and printers. Conduct on-site repairs, installations, and re-imaging tasks. Manage asset tracking, collaborate on hardware needs, and resolve technical challenges. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience in desktop support. CompTIA A+ certification is mandatory. Hands-on SCCM experience is required. Basic networking knowledge, including patching and cabling. Proficiency with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office365.
