Job Title: Assistant Area Housing Manager
BAND: 7 JOB PURPOSE:
The Assistant Area Housing Manager (AAHM) is an essential part of the management team and will provide a full range of housing management functions within an Area Office.
They will lead their teams to deliver a high quality, value for money and comprehensive housing management service to residents in a specific Area.
Requirements:
1. i) Have a degree level qualification (Level 6) or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
2. OR ii) Hold a Level 5 qualification in Housing and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
3. OR iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 5 years relevant experience.
