About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and empower individuals to develop or improve independent living skills as identified in person-centred plans.
* Work closely with Team Leaders and managers to prepare and implement individual and group support programmes.
* Collaborate with other Support Workers and Team Leaders to promote a safe working and living environment.
* Ensure that medication is stored and administered in accordance with Praxis Care's Medication Policy.
* Familiarize yourself with all administrative requirements of the service.
* Be fully aware of all policies and procedures in place within the service.
Requirements of the Role:
* Participate in the company appraisal and staff review process.
* Adhere to and model the company values at all times.
* Carry out all duties of the post in accordance with Praxis expectations, regulations, and policies.
* Be prepared to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required.
* Work the necessary hours to meet the needs of the service.
* If the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment applies.
The above-mentioned responsibilities are not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to carry out other duties as necessary.
