Job Title: Access to Care Advisor Claims Submission
This is an 11-month fixed term contract based in the UPMC Cleaboy Office, Waterford.
About the Role:
The Access to Care Claims Submission Specialist will be part of an integrated team across our UPMC healthcare services. The role is responsible for the efficient processing of administrative support services throughout our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Action all private and public claims and process efficiently.
* Management of unbilled claims and working with business partners to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
* Resolution of queries with internal and external business partners.
* Support the claims submission team with ongoing projects.
* Managing patient enquiries relating to claims submission.
* Develop an understanding of private health insurance and insurance verification.
Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with a minimum of 1 year administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be a team-player who is adaptable, responsive, and learning-minded in a fast-paced environment.
