Sherry FitzGerald Country Homes, Farms and Estates are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our team.
This is a permanent position and will report directly to the Director, Head of Country Homes.

Role & Responsibilities:
Provide a best in class service to clients and develop an enduring client base for the Sherry FitzGerald Country Homes business.
Acts as a trusted property advisor, providing analysis, insight, and valuable advice to clients.
Conduct Viewings and Market Appraisals with prospective purchasers.
Responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring proactive and regular communication with vendors throughout all stages of the sales process through to completion.
Be an effective team member of the team contributing to the overall Country homes sales targets and business goals.
Actively develop new business opportunities through relationships, networking and marketing activities to enhance the reputation of Sherry FitzGerald as the leading estate agency in this property sector.
Understand and be familiar with affiliations of Christie’s International Real Estate brand.
Foster strong working relationships with our local offices across the Sherry FitzGerald network throughout Ireland enhancing the sales capability and service offering of the business.
Utilise all relevant technology systems (RPS), maintain up to date and accurate records, ensuring files are continually and appropriately maintained.
Responsible for dealing with incoming phone, email, queries such as arranging viewing and confirming appointments, market appraisals etc.
Preparation of sales recommendations, terms of business, collection of AML’s etc.
Prepare brochures and adverts in national and international publications.
Arrange editorial in national and international publications.
Supply and upload content for Christie’s websites, creating page adverts for the magazine when required.
Is aware of, understands and complies with all of the relevant provisions of the PSR Act, current Anti Money Laundering, BER and Data Protection Legislation and any other relevant legislation.

Requirements:
PSRA licenced.
Minimum 2-3years' experience in Country Homes/Residential Sales is preferable but not limited.
Good knowledge of the Country Homes Property Market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written.
Highly motivated with an ability to take ownership and with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with new technologies and proficient in MS office packages.
Full Driver Licence - This role will involve travelling nationwide.
