About Your New Job
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the tech transfer of New Product Introductions (NPI) to accommodate clinical manufacturing. You will be responsible for manufacturing activities across the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, including clinical, non-clinical, and pre-clinical materials.
Your new duties will involve:
* Manufacturing: Performing various tasks related to the production of pharmaceutical products, including batch preparation, compounding, sterile filtration, and filling activities.
* Biologic Drug Product Commercial Support: Working closely with vendors to develop and improve systems related to single-use technologies.
* New Product Introduction/Project Management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions in the production process, and ensuring that all manufacturing activities meet global timelines.
What Skills You Need
For this job, you will:
* Have experience in manufacturing pharmaceutical products, including clinical and non-clinical materials.
* Be comfortable working in aseptic environments and performing activities like vial washing, sterilization, and area preparation.
* Have experience with compounding, sterile filtration, and sterile filling.
* Be knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Be flexible around shifts to accommodate manufacturing schedules.
You will also have:
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Validation.
