About the Position
This is a rare opportunity to lead the culinary management of multiple restaurants and departments in a 5-star city centre hotel. The Sous Chef will manage all chefs and kitchen staff, introducing new methods to maintain standards and promote high-quality dining.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptionally high standards, relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, and the ability to identify areas for improvement in operations, costings, and internal development.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of 5-star culinary service across several restaurants and hotel departments
* Develop seasonal menus and improve kitchen standards
* Implement HACCP management and represent the department at management meetings
* Lead and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff
