Job Description:
Lead the development and implementation of our HR strategy, driving business growth in Cork. Collaborate with senior management to ensure seamless people operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategy for assigned business unit
* Support senior managers on all people-related matters
* Lead and develop high-performing HR team
* Talent Management: succession planning and pipelining talent across the assigned business unit
* ER/IR agenda: timely resolution to employee relation issues and change management support
* HR Projects: lead projects ensuring cross-functional engagement and alignment with business goals
Requirements:
* Third-level degree qualification in HR
* Proven track record in similar role
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Proven delivery of strategic HR projects including change management
* Experience working in a unionized environment is mandatory
