Sales Support Administrator role has come available for an expanding business moving into new office in Dublin 12 overview Support the Sales and Technical teams by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the Sales Department and staff.
Execute outbound sales and marketing activities to support the business.
Responsibility Inputting of Projects onto internal IT System Ensuring validity and integrity of information on system Managing Customer Queries Compiling Reporting Monitoring and maintaining Sales Engineers Pipeline Product Literature Library Printing Technical enquiries and drawings.
Producing quotations.
Outbound sales 20% and marketing activities for one of the divisions Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics, Technical and Accounts Departments Working closely with Finance and CS Supervisor Technical Team Leaders and Sales Engineers.
Reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) by assisting Sales Engineers with query resolution and customer disputes Following up business leads for Sales Team Experience/skills required Previous Sales Administration experience Excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel and Word Practical knowledge of cost control and management Analytical skills Administrative skills preferably with knowledge of accounting systems Good knowledge of MS office incl.
