Job Description
* Lead and manage all site capital expenditure projects, ensuring the approved portfolio is delivered to the approved deliverables.
* Evaluate that all governance and compliance of the site capital portfolio are aligned to global standards and requirements, both engineering and finance.
* Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Responsible for the project team delivering the portfolio, consisting of a cross-functional team of engineers working across two sites.
* Develop and manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors.
* Provide subject matter expertise to regulatory inspections and interact with auditors as necessary.
* Report regularly on project progress to senior management.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
* Support the development and execution of the site strategic plan.
The Successful Applicant
* A successful Site CapEx Manager should possess:
* A degree in Engineering (chemical or mechanical), Manufacturing, or a related field.
* Proven experience leading capital expenditure projects within the manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and efficiency improvements.
* Excellent project management and leadership skills.
* Proven skills in communication and presentation of case studies, briefs, and proposals at all levels of an enterprise-level manufacturing firm (FMCG-Pharma).
* SIGNIFICANT AND RECENT EHS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
